Our Return Policy Basics
- Items purchased on MarthasBloomers.com cannot be returned to our store.
- Merchandise must be returned within 90 days in unused, like-new condition.
- All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery.
If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order.
- A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all
returns.
- A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing
cycles.
MarthasBloomers.com Return Policy
We will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within
90 days of the shipment date. Please note that all returns to Martha's
Bloomers must include the original receipt.
MarthasBloomers.com Exchange Policy
While we can replace damaged or defective merchandise, we can't exchange items.
In order to get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, simply return the
unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. When we
receive your return, we'll issue a refund. If the item was sent to you as a gift,
we'll send you a Gift Card for the amount of the refund.
We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your
new order.
All refunds for purchased items will be issued in the same form of payment
originally used, including credit cards, or Gift Cards. Refunds by mail are
issued within seven to 14 days of receiving your returned
item.
Refunds for gifts purchased at Martha's Bloomers will be issued as Gift Cards,
which can be used in the store.
Refunds by mail for gifts purchased on MarthasBloomers.com will be issued as
Gift Cards within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Your Gift
Card refund will be emailed to you via USPS First-Class Mail. Gift Cards are accepted
exclusively at Martha's Bloomers.
Shipping/handling and gift-wrap charges will not be refunded unless the
return is a result of our error.
The appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund.
If a promotional code or discount was used to purchase the item, only the
actual price paid will be refunded.
Plants & Live Goods
Plants and live goods, including cut flowers, holiday trees, wreaths and
garland are non-refundable. Please call Martha's Bloomers, (936) 825-7400,
within 3 days of delivery to report damaged plants and/or live goods and
we will promptly ship a replacement.
Questions & Answers
- Can my return get credited onto a different credit card than my purchase?
Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used for the
purchase.
- Is my shipping charge refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return
is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or
defective. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for
cash, check or credit.
Revisions to This Policy
Martha's Bloomers reserves the right to revise, amend,
or modify this policy and other policies and agreements at any time
and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or
modification will be posted here and will only apply to information
collected after any such change.
